Changing an order

Once you have placed an order, it can no longer be changed. For configured items in particular, it is no longer possible to change individual options and colours. Please check your configuration in the summary carefully before you place your order.

Returns & Exchanges

World Equestrian Brands products are sold with satisfaction guaranteed. We offer a 30-day grace period for size exchanges on stock items.

Please note that we can not offer refunds on custom products, or any product purchased from the Outlet. Products are non-returnable unless there is a warranty issue. In this case, please contact us at: 888-637-8463 for a Return Authorization, clarification of warranty, or any other questions/issues.

Customer is responsible for returning the product safely and securely to World Equestrian Brands.

Special Order Policy

Special Orders and Custom Items are NOT returnable. A Special Order item is an item that we normally do not stock. On our website it is clearly indicated if an article is a STOCK ARTICLE, all other articles are SPECIAL ORDER. This item is brought in exclusively for you and shipped directly from the manufacturer. In many cases – special order items are made to order. *Special Orders cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.

Reimbursement of the Purchase Price

Once we have received your return, we will email you to confirm that your account has been credited. The refund will be processed immediately. Please note:

  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method as that used for the purchase.
  • Refunds will be made using the currency as that used for the purchase.
  • The debit amount will always be reimbursed to the buyer and card or account holder.
  • If the item to be return was purchased using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued.
  • The time taken to process the refund depends on the payment method or credit card used.

  • Enclose a copy of the receipt and photographs showing the problem.
  • We will then investigate your case and discuss further action with you.
